Stuart I.r. Haniff

Stuart I.R. Haniff has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, primarily in fundraising and philanthropy. Stuart I.R. has held various leadership roles in multiple organizations. From 2006 to the present, Stuart founded and operated The karma PEOPLE, a company dedicated to philanthropic events and healthcare management. Stuart I.R. facilitated public and media relations communications, events, and programs to cultivate donors and increase fundraising.

In 2009, Stuart served as the Director of Development at Inland Empire United Way. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Development Officer at GRID Alternatives, where they led the development of programs and managed various fundraising activities.

Stuart then held the position of Chief Philanthropy Officer at Feeding America Riverside | San Bernardino from 2015 to 2018. There, they built and implemented the development strategy for the organization, achieving annual fundraising goals and managing staff.

In 2019, Stuart served as the Chief Advancement Officer at The Young Americans and as the Chief Executive Officer at the Food Bank of the Rio Grande Valley, Inc, emphasizing their leadership skills in both organizations.

Stuart I.R. Haniff, MHA began their education by earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and International Relations from UCLA between 1987 and 1992. Stuart I.R. then pursued a Master's of Health Administration (M.H.A.) degree in Comparative Policy and Bioethics from the University of La Verne from 1993 to 1995. Prior to their higher education, Stuart attended Aquinas High School from 1983 to 1987. Additionally, Stuart I.R. Haniff holds a certification in National Incident Management System from FEMA, obtained in 2022.
