Richard McLean

Richard McLean is an experienced project engineer with a strong background in vertical, healthcare, education, and highway construction. Currently serving as Project Engineer 3 at Harry Pepper & Associates, Inc. since November 2021, Richard has previously worked at Messam Construction as a Project Engineer/Superintendent and held various project engineer positions at NV5 and Converse Consultants. Richard's expertise includes project scheduling, quality control, compliance with contract documents, and site safety. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Technologies from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and an Associate of Science degree from ECC, Richard also completed a certificate in Turner School of Construction Management at Miami Dade College.
