Alexandre Coesnon

Alexandre Coesnon has extensive experience in IT support spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an IT Support Specialist at Harry Winston since June 2014, responsibilities include end-user support for all EMEA HW Salon, VIP special support, user account management, and hardware support. Prior to this role, Alexandre worked at EMS - Electro Medical Systems from April 2009 to May 2014, providing similar IT support functions, managing migration projects, and handling telephony systems. Earlier experience includes positions at the World Health Organization from July 2001 to December 2008, where roles ranged from ITT Service Desk Analyst to IT Coordinator, focusing on user support and coordination, as well as network assistance.
