Cyndi Lai

Cyndi Lai is a seasoned professional in public relations and marketing, currently serving as Sr. Regional PR & Marketing Executive AXJ at Harry Winston since July 2018, while also holding the position of Senior Communication Executive at Hermès since May 2004. Cyndi has a strong background in media strategy development, event management, and content creation, demonstrating expertise in maintaining media relations and supervising PR and event agencies. Prior to these roles, Cyndi gained extensive experience in human resources and administration with positions at ADEN Services, Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell, and American Standard. Cyndi holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
