Hollie Osbourn

Hollie joined Hart in 2016 as the Finance Director & Corporate Controller, with over 15 years of experience in senior-level financial analysis and planning, accounting and corporate reporting, pricing strategy, operations capacities, and contract negotiation at industry-leading companies.

At Hart, Hollie manages the Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Sales Operations and Information Technology areas. She has been responsible for developing sustainable pricing models for rapid and flexible responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP’s), implementation of changes in accounting principles, upgrades of the ERP and Payroll systems, and financial reporting and key metrics communications to the Executive Team and Financial Partners.

Prior to joining Hart, Hollie served in financial leadership roles in numerous functional areas of Dell, including Research & Development, Global Supply Chain, and the Federal, Major Public & Private, and Acquisition Sales Segments. Prior to Dell, Hollie was the Director of Corporate Accounting at Pilgrim’s Pride, and she was a member of the accounting organization at Johnson & Johnson, supporting the Trauma and Orthopedics Divisions.

Hollie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting from Texas A&M University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
