Shazarul Iskanda

Shazarul Iskanda has been a valuable contributor at Hartalega since September 2017, progressing from the role of Executive in HR Transformation to Assistant Manager in Payroll & Benefits. Shazarul's expertise lies in enhancing the HR Department's effectiveness through strategic initiatives focused on capability building, continuous improvement, benchmarking, and cultural integration. Prior to these roles, Shazarul served as an Executive in Talent Acquisition and Organizational Design and began the journey at Hartalega as an Industrial Trainee. Educationally, Shazarul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations and a Foundation Degree in Law, both from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
