Jessica Noyes

Jessica Noyes is an accomplished professional with a strong background in business operations and accounting. Currently serving as the Director of Business Operations at New Horizon Communications since May 2013, Jessica has developed expertise in this role alongside previous experience as a Senior Accountant and HR professional. Prior to New Horizon Communications, Jessica held the position of Accounts Payable Manager at Harte-Hanks. Jessica Noyes earned a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science from Cornell University (1996-2000) and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Lowell (2004-2006), after completing education at Notre Dame High School (1992-1996).
