Brian Mattiello

Brian Mattiello is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in health equity, community benefit, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Senior System Director for Social Impact, Strategy and Integration at Hartford HealthCare since September 2021, Brian focuses on system development and strategic initiatives. Previously, Brian held the position of Regional Vice President for Strategy and Community Development at Hartford HealthCare, overseeing growth initiatives and strategic planning. Experience also includes leadership roles at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital, the Department of Children and Families, the Office of Policy and Management for the State of Connecticut, and the Office of the Governor. Brian represented the 65th District as a State Representative, and led nonprofit efforts as Managing Director at Family to Family. Brian holds a BA from Central Connecticut State University and an MA from Trinity College.
