Liz Li

Liz Li currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Hartford HealthCare, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this, Liz Li was the Human Resources Director at Raytheon Technologies, where leadership encompassed the Enterprise Services organization and various HR roles at Pratt & Whitney, including Associate Director for Commercial Aftermarket and Manufacturing Operations. Liz Li's career also includes significant HR positions at Eaton, where responsibilities spanned talent management and regional HR management in South-East Asia, and earlier roles at Thomson Reuters and United Technologies as an intern. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Management from St. Cloud State University, where recognition as the Best Campus Resident Advisor was achieved.
