David is the Founder and President of Hartigen. A recognized power industry expert, David has drafted market protocols, advised customers entering new markets, delivered power market training and created operating procedures for joint-owned generation assets. For over 25 years, David has exceeded customer expectations through leading the design, delivery and support of power market software solutions that simplify and automate complex business processes. David is a Baylor University graduate who began his professional career in Ernst & Young’s IT Management Consulting Practice.
