Lynn Fredericks possesses extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at HARTING since April 2021. Previously, Fredericks held similar roles at Creative Electronics & Software, Inc., and Hubbell Lighting, where responsibilities included HR counseling, resolution of complex personnel issues, and management of recruitment processes.
