Phil Leadore

Phil Leadore, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology advisory and management. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Hartman Executive Advisors since June 2022, Phil has also been a member of the Board of Directors for the Fuel Fund of Maryland since January 2018. Previous roles include Vice President and CTO at ACCESS Receivables Management between July 2020 and June 2022, and various positions at SC&H Group from November 2005 to July 2020, including Sr. Manager and Sr. Technology Advisor. Phil's earlier career involved roles as Lead Network Administrator at The Shamrock Companies and Network Administrator at The Charmer Sunbelt Group. Phil holds an MBA from Loyola University Maryland and a B.S. in Business Information Systems from Stevenson University.
