Joseph Fucile

Joseph Fucile is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate and environmental law. As a Partner and Senior Counsel at Hartman Simons & Wood LLP since December 2013, Joseph has represented clients in various legal matters, leading the firm's environmental practice and serving as the primary counsel on construction contracts and government relations. Previously, Joseph operated The Law Offices of Joseph Fucile, Esq., where assistance was provided in student housing financing and commercial land development. Joseph also served as the Director of Real Estate Services for the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, advising thirty-five public universities on real property asset management. Earlier experience includes roles at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP and Hartman Simons & Wood LLP, focusing on real property transactions and regulatory issues. Joseph holds a Juris Doctor (with Honors) from the University of Florida, a Master of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Florida, and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Florida Atlantic University.
