Janet Kriege-Baker Phr

Janet Kriege-Baker PHR, SHRM-SCP is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in workforce development and HR consulting. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Hartson-Kennedy Cabinet Top Co., Inc. since January 2020, Janet also works at Ivy Tech Community College as a Workforce Development Specialist since 2018, where curriculum development focuses on local workforce training needs and facilitates collaborations with local business leaders. As the owner of Kriege Consulting since 2002, Janet specializes in enhancing employee motivation, wellness, and morale while reducing turnover. Additionally, Janet has held the position of Professor of Business at Ivy Tech Community College East Central for a brief period in 2019 and was formerly the Chief Financial Officer at MegA Systems Inc. Janet holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Anderson University, a Master's degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, and is a PhD candidate (ABD) in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from NorthCentral University.
