Steven Hartung

Steven Hartung has over four decades of work experience in executive and legal roles. Steven started their career in 1976 as the Executive Vice President and Secretary at Hartung Brothers, Inc. In 1987, they became a Partner at Foley & Lardner LLP, where they specialized in corporate governance, acquisitions, corporate finance, and general commercial and corporate matters. During their time at Foley & Lardner, they also served as interim corporate counsel at Snap-on Inc. and as Acting General Counsel at Midwest Express Airlines. In 2001, they joined Everett Smith Group, Ltd. as Vice President, Secretary, and Chief Legal Officer. Steven held this position until February 2015.

Steven Hartung earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics with a Business Option from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the years 1980 to 1984. Following that, they attended the University of Wisconsin Law School from 1984 to 1987, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
