Stephen Lowen

Stephen Lowen is an experienced information technology professional and manager with a strong background in the glass manufacturing industry. Currently serving as a Business Systems Analyst at Hartung Glass since December 2002, Stephen specializes in the analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and training of information systems, contributing significantly to ERP system and BOM design and deployment. Prior to this role, Stephen was a Production Manager, overseeing plant operations and preventing production downtime through effective troubleshooting. As the owner of Lowen Enterprises from 1991 to 2009, Stephen provided global technical support and training in glass tempering. Additionally, Stephen held the position of Production Manager at Milgard Tempering from 1984 to 2001, where management of daily operations and employee training facilitated improvements in quality and efficiency.
