Salla Mehtonen

Salla Mehtonen is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various roles in multiple organizations. Currently serving as Head of HR at Solera Beverage Group since February 2022, Salla has held the position of Senior HR Partner for Commercial & Finance at Hartwall since September 2020. Prior experience includes Senior Consultant and HR Manager roles at Accountor Suomi from August 2019 to August 2020, as well as significant contributions at NCC from June 2011 to August 2019 in various HR capacities, including HRD Manager and HR Business Partner. Early career involvement includes leading roles as HR Consultant at Seure Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy from July 2007 to June 2011. Salla holds a Master's degree from the University of Turku, specializing in Education and Learning.
