Jill Blick

Jill Blick has over 20 years of experience in the corporate learning and consulting industry. Jill currently works as a Principal Learning Partner at Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning, where they have been since July 2020. Prior to this role, they held the position of Senior Learning Solutions Manager at the same company from November 2016 to June 2020. Before joining Harvard Business Publishing, Jill worked as an Associate at Taylor Healey Group from 2010 to 2016. Jill also worked as a Director at Corporate Agility, providing organizational effectiveness consulting services from October 2008 to November 2016. Jill's earlier experience includes working as an Executive Consultant at The Forum Corporation from December 1998 to November 2016, where they partnered with Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies on large-scale organization-wide change projects. Jill also worked at Insurance Australia Group as a Senior Manager, Leadership and Talent, Senior Manager, Group Organisation and People Development, and Organizational Effectiveness Consultant from 2006 to 2008.

Jill Blick has a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of Michigan. Jill also holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Cornell University. Additionally, they have obtained a Certificate in HR Analytics from Cornell University's ILR School and completed the HBX Disruptive Strategy program at Harvard Business School Online. Jill has also completed several additional certifications, including the MIT Sloan Neuroscience for Business program, Talent Strategy Masterclass with Lynda Gratton, Sales Leader Council 2020, and a certification from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning.
