Wendy Miller-Kelly has a vast work experience spanning over three decades. Their most recent position is as a Principal Learning Partner at Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning, where they collaborate with thought leaders to develop impactful leadership development programs tailored to the specific needs of learners. Prior to this, they worked at iDesign Workplace Learning for over 13 years as a Learning and Development Consultant, focusing on crafting learning strategies and designing blended learning solutions for Fortune 500 clients. Wendy also held the role of Training Designer/Developer at AchieveGlobal from 2004 to 2008. Wendy has extensive experience as a Learning and Development Consultant at The Forum Corporation from 1993 to 2004. Additionally, they worked as a Marketing & Training Consultant at Biolife, LLC in 2002 and as a Quality Training Specialist at Square D Company and Schneider Electric in the early 1990s. Wendy started their career at Arthur Andersen as an Instructional Designer for their Tax Practice from 1989 to 1992 and interned as a Learning & Development Intern at Motorola Semi-Conductor Product Sector in 1988.
Wendy Miller-Kelly earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Arizona State University from 1984 to 1989. In 1987, they studied French Language and Culture at the College International de Cannes. In terms of additional certifications, Wendy became a CXPA Professional Member through the Customer Experience Professionals Association in September 2023. Wendy also obtained a certification in Managing Happiness from edX in 2022. Wendy is currently pursuing the Women Leaders: Advancing Together program from Harvard Division of Continuing Education.
