Sarah Kathryn Stein

Sarah Kathryn Stein is an accomplished research programmer at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Institute, with a robust background in data science and research. Previously, Stein held positions as a data scientist and data science fellow at Paradigm Strategy Inc. and as a research assistant at Stanford University, where contributions included geo-referencing historical maps and identifying cross-border ethnic groups in Africa. Earlier experience includes serving as an assistant economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where Stata was utilized to analyze consumer credit data, as well as research roles at Princeton University, involving extensive data cleaning and demographic visualization. Stein earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior Studies from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and holds a BA in Economics from Brown University.
