Jack Silvers is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Director of Ideation at the Institute of Politics at Harvard Kennedy School since September 2021. In addition to this role, Jack is a member of the Forum Committee at the JFK Jr. Forum and acts as the Student Groups Liaison, facilitating study groups with IOP Resident Fellows. Jack's experience includes serving as the Deputy Director of Private Sector Policy for the Harvard Undergraduate Foreign Policy Initiative and working as a Policy Researcher and Senior United States Editor for the Harvard Political Review. Previous internships include a Research Intern position at The Brookings Institution and an Investigative Intern role at the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia. Jack co-founded AceIt, a tutoring and college advising service, and has held various roles in education, including a Partnerships Manager at Harvard Student Agencies. Additional experience includes journalism with The Borgen Project, alongside musical contributions as a Pianist/Organist at St. Bartholomew's Church. Jack is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Social Studies at Harvard University, expected to graduate in 2025.
