Ben Porr is an experienced professional with a strong background in organizational psychology and human resources. Currently serving as Chief Customer Officer and Global Vice President of People Science at Harver, Ben also contributes as an Adjunct Professor at Hofstra University and as Co-Founder of DisruptHR Long Island. Ben holds a leadership position as Professional Practice Committee Chair - Engagement for the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and has held various roles at FMP Consulting, including Senior Business Advisor and Managing Consultant. Ben obtained a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and a B.A. in Psychology from Hofstra University.
