Sabina Socias Garcia

Sabina Socias Garcia is an accomplished professional in the field of psychometrics and organizational psychology, currently serving as the Director of Account Management and People Science at Harver since September 2022. Prior to this role, Sabina held various leadership positions at pymetrics, including Global Head of I/O Psychology and Regional Head of I/O Psychology for EMEA, from January 2020 to August 2024. Experience also includes serving as Head of the UK subsidiary and R&D manager at Central Test UK, and owning Sequoia Psychometrics, a consultancy dedicated to psychometric test development. Additional roles include Psychometric Project Manager at Central Test, Independent Translator, and an internship focused on psychometrics. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Psychological Research Methods from The University of Edinburgh and a BSc in Psychology from The American University of Paris.
