Wouter Pastoor

Wouter Pastoor is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager and Business Partner for Compensation & Benefits in EMEA at Harver since December 2018, with a focus on compensation, benefits, and HR business partnering. Wouter has also held roles in learning and development, vendor management, onboarding, payroll administration, and recruitment. As a Human Resources Generalist at KNHB since September 2016, Wouter provides course instruction and guidance for trainees in coaching programs.
