Melissa Rey has a wealth of experience in marketing and client success. Melissa began their career in 2007 as an Assistant at Marc Hutson Agency-Nationwide, where they transferred office calls, organized over 2,000 customer files, and managed all mail outs. In 2013, they took on the role of Marketing Manager at Transliquid Technologies LLC, where they were responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the distribution of Diesel Exhaust Fluid and its related equipment in the Texas region. In 2018, they joined Harvest Exchange Corp. as Director of Client Success, where they established marketing strategies for each client, identified key success metrics, and collaborated with project and product managers to ensure customer success. Additionally, as Client Success & Digital Marketing Associate, they managed all syndication efforts of Harvest content, created social media campaigns, and generated and evaluated client performance through in-house analytics reports.
Melissa Rey has studied Italian at Scuola di Amministrazione Aziendale and holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Retailing and Consumer Science from the University of Houston.
