Chris Miller

Chris Miller has extensive experience in the legal field, with a particular focus on the energy industry. Chris currently holds the position of SVP, General Counsel at Harvest Midstream Company since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Deputy General Counsel at the same company from January 2021. Before joining Harvest Midstream Company, Chris worked at Hilcorp, where they held the role of Assistant General Counsel from January 2019 to January 2021, and Senior Legal Counsel from June 2017 to December 2018. Chris began their career as an Associate at Bracewell LLP in October 2011, where they worked until June 2017.

Chris Miller earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business in 2008. Later, they pursued a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Texas School of Law and completed it in 2011.
