Peter Panza

Peter Panza's work experience spans over several years in the restaurant industry. Peter began their career as the Owner and Manager of Mary's Pizza & Pasta and Adam's Rib in 2006, where they successfully operated the business for almost a decade. In 2011, they ventured into ownership again with Sancho's Cantina & Grill, which they managed until 2013. From 2007 to 2010, they also owned Fredo's Pizza. In 2015, Peter became the General Manager of Mason Jar NYC / Ugly Duckling BK, a role they held until 2018. Peter then joined Trap Rock Restaurant & Brewery as the General Manager until 2020. Recently, Peter has been working with Harvest Restaurant Group, starting as a Manager in 2018 and progressing to roles like General Manager and Director of Operations.
