Peter Lee

Peter Lee is an accomplished financial professional with over 25 years of experience in connection with finance & accounting, acquisition/divesting, strategy, private equity, project financing and operations. Peter was a key founding member of five independent start-up companies, creating over $100 MM of value for financial private equity sponsors. As the CFO for these companies, Mr. Lee had oversight over $450 MM of capital expenditure projects focused on developing energy related assets.

Mr. Lee has over 14 years of FP&A leadership with direct reporting responsibilities to Senior Management and Board Members. Peter has always established himself as the company lead expert in developing financial models in the areas of treasuring management, ad-hoc reporting, risk management, KPI tracking, and DCF analysis.

Prior to working in Oil & Gas, Peter served in professional and leadership roles in investment banking (Lehman Brothers), management consulting (Booz Allen Hamilton), corporate development (Energy Future Holdings), and private-equity (Rockland Capital).

Peter graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and later earned an MBA from Rice University with a concentration in Strategy and Finance.
