Travis Rosenbluth has a diverse range of work experience. In 2022, they began working as a Staff Editor for the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Co-Founder of Harvestable, where they were responsible for leading the company, marketing & PR, sales, and customer relations. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Founder of Twobear Food LLC, a catering service that included personal dining and food truck operations. In 2019, they held the role of Guest Relations Specialist at Four Season Services. From 2017 to 2018, they were the Project Manager at North Dakota Culinary Institute, where they oversaw the NDCI Steering Committee teams. At Wild Terra Cidery, they were the Executive Chef from 2017 to 2018, responsible for recipe development and execution, kitchen management, team management and development. From 2013 to 2017, they were a Guest Relations at New Ocean Health Solutions. In 2017, they were the Personal Chef for the North Dakota Governor. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Brand Ambassador for Food250, a decade long project about the American food culture. Lastly, from 2016 to 2017, they were a Line Cook at High Street Hospitality, where they were responsible for making the necessary preparations for dinner as well as being able to execute each dish.
Travis Rosenbluth attended The Shipley School from 2006 to 2010, graduating with a high school diploma. Travis then attended Penn State University from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications. In 2015 and 2016, they attended the International Culinary Center, where they earned a Culinary Farm to Table degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. Travis is currently attending the Vermont Law and Graduate School, where they are pursuing a Doctor of Law - JD in Food and Agricultural Law and Policy.
