Swati Singh

Swati Singh is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and program coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Executive in PEOPLE at HFN since December 2022, Swati previously held the position of Human Resources Executive at Touchstone Educationals LLP from June 2022 to January 2023. Prior roles include Recruiter and Program Coordinator at Sarvodaya Jan Kalyan Samiti, where Swati was involved in executing plans in rural areas and coordinating recruitment processes. Additionally, Swati served as Project Program Coordinator at the same NGO, overseeing various social initiatives. Swati's early career included an unpaid vocational training in Employees Welfare at Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative (Iffco) and a role as a Merchandiser at Meenu Creation LLP. Swati holds a Master of Social Work in Human Resources Management from NIT Allahabad and a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Design and Technology from Central University of Allahabad.
