John Nosbusch

John Nosbusch has a diverse work experience. John joined Harvey Vogel Manufacturing Co in 2012 as a Quality Assurance Manager, responsible for day-to-day quality operations. John also supervised a team of 12 inspectors/managers and maintained ISO 9001 & 14001 certifications. In 2019, they became the Director of Operations at the same company. Prior to this, John worked as an Operations Manager at Intrepid Manufacturing & Engineering from 2010 to 2012. John also gained experience as a General Manager at The Bug Company from 2006 to 2009, where they directed and coordinated production, pricing, and distribution activities. Before that, they served as an Operation Manager at Twin City Concrete, managing multiple shifts of union employees and overseeing purchasing and distribution of products. John's earliest role was as a General Manager at Symtec, Inc. from 1994 to 2002, where they oversaw all aspects of operations and managed inventory levels for the medical and power sports industry. More recently, John returned to Harvey Vogel Manufacturing Co. as the Director of Operations in 2019.

John Nosbusch attended the University of Wisconsin-River Falls from 1987 to 1990, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.
