Farrukh Hasanov is a Co-Founder and CEO of Hasanov Capital. He is an experienced entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience launching and managing successful businesses. That includes two retail pharmacies in New York and a security integration consulting company NeoRising Technologies. Moreover, Mr. Hasanov is an active real estate investor specializing in the acquisition, repositioning, refinance or sale of multi-family properties.

Farrukh understands the complexity of everyday business operations. Moreover, he also understands commercial real estate investment underwriting. He takes a hands-on approach that oversees every aspect of a client’s project by seeing it from origination to processing to final funding. Moreover, Mr. Hasanov participates in all phases of capital sourcing, analytics, structuring debt, and equity placement.

Moreover, Farrukh is a Summa Cum Claude graduate of Zicklin School of Business. Secondly, he holds an Honor Scholar degree in Finance & Investments and a minor in Money, Banking and Monetary Policy.
