Amy Crabtree is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with over two decades of experience in the recruitment field. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Hasbro since October 2012, Amy oversees a team to fulfill the staffing needs of a 6,500+ employee company, focusing on diverse talent acquisition across various disciplines including Marketing, Design, Engineering, eCommerce, and IT. Prior roles include Director of Talent Acquisition at Town Sports International, where Amy led the recruitment efforts for the largest fitness club chain in the Northeast, and various positions at Starbucks Coffee Company, achieving significant staffing goals across high-profile markets. Amy began their career as a Field Operations Recruiter at D'Angelo Sandwich Shops, where comprehensive recruitment processes were managed for a 400+ location chain. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Syracuse University.
