Ben Parkes

Ben Parkes serves as the Sr Director of Retail Development within the Global eCommerce team at Hasbro since July 2022, focusing on enhancing profitable retailer growth and market share globally. Prior to this role, Ben held various positions at Henkel from August 2015 to July 2022, including Global 3P Marketplace Lead for Adhesive Technologies and National Business Manager for both Amazon's Laundry & Home Care portfolio and Multi-Channel eCommerce for Beauty in the USA. Ben's earlier experience includes an eCommerce Merchandising Executive role at GSK and a European Digital Marketing Executive position at Samsung Electronics, where notable achievements included managing pan-European partner relationships and creating performance reports. Ben began the professional journey with internships in marketing at Touchmedia and B&Q. Ben holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management with Entrepreneurship from the University of Southampton.
