Joyce Lauw is a creative and product development professional with extensive experience in managing product design and development across various sectors. Currently serving as the CP Creative & Product Development Manager for Asia and Iberia at Hasbro since July 2020, Joyce is responsible for guiding product and packaging approvals while aligning with strategic business goals. Previous roles include Director of Product Development at Entertainment One UK, where oversight of the product development team was key, and Assistant Manager at Combi Holdings Limited, focusing on R&D strategy and market analysis. Earlier career contributions include significant design roles at Mothercare, The Studio, and David Halsall International, showcasing a strong background in product innovation and team leadership. Joyce holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Product Design from the University of the Arts London and a BA (HONS) in Industrial Design from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
