Amanda Sparks

Amanda Sparks, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Haselden Construction, a position held since June 2015, after progressing through various roles including Director of Human Resources and HR Generalist. Prior experience includes time at PCL Construction in the Special Projects Division and at Airrosti Rehab Centers as a Practice Operations Specialist. Amanda has a strong background in team training and development from a role as Softball Graduate Assistant at the University of the Incarnate Word®, where responsibilities included planning workouts and communicating with athletes. Amanda holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Development and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of the Incarnate Word, and further education includes studies at the London College of Fashion.
