Justin Kovaleski

Justin Kovaleski is an experienced construction project manager with a strong background in overseeing high-value projects. Currently serving as Project Manager III at Haselden Construction since June 2017, Justin is leading the $230 million Snowmass Base Village luxury condominium development. Previous roles include Project Manager positions at Mortenson, where responsibilities included managing a $50 million superstructure for the Gaylord Rockies Hotel & Convention Center, and at Eastern PCM, LLC, where Justin coordinated multiple higher education and healthcare projects, each ranging from $1 to $30 million. Justin also developed a Project Engineer training program and held a leadership role as Chairman of the Board for the USGBC Central PA Chapter. Academic credentials include an MBA in Sustainable Business and Development from Marylhurst University and a B.S. in Construction Management and Business Administration from Pennsylvania College of Technology.
