Dave McJannet

Dave McJannet is the current CEO at HashiCorp. Prior to this, they were EIR at Greylock Partners from November 2015 to June 2016. Dave also spent time as VP Marketing at GitHub from April 2015 to October 2015, where they were acquired by MSFT. Before Hortonworks, Dave was VP Marketing at VMware from January 2010 to October 2012. Dave began their career at Microsoft as Group Manager, Server & Tools from September 2004 to December 2009 and then Senior Product Manager at webMethods from September 2000 to August 2004.

Dave McJannet has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Commerce from McGill University and is a Chartered Accountant from The University of British Columbia.
