Vinithra Varadharajan

Vinithra Varadharajan currently serves as the Director of Engineering for Vault Cloud at HashiCorp since March 2023. Previously, Vinithra held the position of Director of Engineering for the Platform at Airtable, overseeing a team of 60+ engineers and contributing to the development of key features that enhanced Airtable's Connected Apps Platform. At Cloudera, Vinithra progressed through various roles, culminating in the Director of Engineering, where responsibilities included leading teams for the Cloudera Data Platform and its flagship cloud products. Early career experiences involved software engineering roles at Endeca, IBM U.K. Limited, and Carnegie Mellon University, where Vinithra also co-founded educational software aimed at supporting deaf students. Vinithra holds an M.S. in Robotics from Carnegie Mellon University and a BEng. in Computer Systems Engineering from Cardiff University.
