Jeffrey Lipson

Jeffrey Lipson has over 25 years of work experience, starting in 1993 as a VP of Structured Finance at Credit Lyonnais. From 1998 to 2006, they served as the SVP of Corporate Treasury at Bank of America. Jeffrey then joined CapitalSource in 2006 as the Senior Vice President and Treasurer until 2012. Lipson was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Congressional Bank from 2012 to 2018. Currently, they hold the position of President and Chief Executive Officer at HASI since 2019.

Jeffrey Lipson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Penn State University, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Jeffrey later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance at the NYU Stern School of Business, completing their studies from 1991 to 1993.
