Mitchell Moss

Mitchell Moss serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at HASI, where responsibilities include leading a team focused on investment model updates and performance sensitivities, as well as overseeing firm-wide credit policy and strategy. Moss has been instrumental in more than doubling the company's assets under management to over $12 billion since joining in 2020. In addition, Moss is a member of HASI's Investment Committee, focusing on credit risks and return scenarios, and serves as a Board member for Empower Energies, approving investment funding and business strategies. Prior roles include Fixed Income Investment Analyst at Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC and Analyst positions at Moody's and Morgan Stanley, among others. Moss holds a Master of Science in Finance and Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources, both from Washington University in St. Louis.
