Rachel Gould

Rachel Gould is a seasoned professional in project finance and sustainability, currently serving as a Senior Project Finance Specialist at the U.S. Department of Energy since April 2023. Previously, Rachel held various roles at HASI, including Senior Associate and Associate in Investments, and worked as a Consultant for the Coalition for Green Capital, focusing on investment strategies for sustainable initiatives. Experience also includes positions at Climate Real Impact Solutions, Science Based Targets Network, Yale School of the Environment, Ceres, Inc., and AlvaMed, where expertise was developed in climate finance, corporate engagement, and environmental management. Rachel holds a Master of Environmental Management from Yale School of the Environment and a Bachelor of Arts and Science from McGill University, specializing in Environmental Science and Economics.
