Sushruth Ramalingaiah Gowda

Sushruth Ramalingaiah Gowda (Sush) has extensive experience in release management, quality assurance, and software testing. Sushruth is currently working at Hastings Deering as the Release and Quality Assurance Lead, where they oversee the delivery of high-quality software releases. Previously, they held various roles at Acis (Australia) as the Technology Director, Technology Manager, and Technical Business Analyst. Sush also worked at Preqin as the Lead Engineer - Quality, where they led a team of 18 quality assurance professionals. Prior to that, they were a QA Engineer at Crossover for Work, specializing in E2E UI automation and utilizing cloud services such as Microsoft Azure and AWS. Sush also worked as a Sr. SWE in Quality at Intuit, a Sr. Project Lead at Polaris Financial Technology Limited, and a QA Lead at Estuate, Inc. Earlier in their career, they were a Test Analyst and a Software Tester at IBM, where they gained experience in test case development, automation and manual testing, and code deployment. Sush has strong expertise in testing tools such as Protractor, Jasmine, TeamCity, Load Runner, RPT, RFT, and QTP. Sushruth is known for their exceptional communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Sushruth Ramalingaiah Gowda, commonly known as Sush, began their education in 2001 at JSS PU College, where they pursued their PUC degree in Computers. After the completion of their PUC, they joined National College in 2003 and obtained a BCA degree in Computers in 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Sush has also obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. Sushruth completed "Test Management" certification from LinkedIn in August 2020. In July 2020, they obtained certifications in "Continuous Delivery with Azure DevOps," "Cucumber Essentials," and "Effective Leadership," all from LinkedIn. These certifications highlight their dedication to continuous learning and their commitment to staying updated with the latest developments in their field.
