Rebecca Winterhalder Msc Acii

Rebecca Winterhalder MSc ACII has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Rebecca is currently working at Hastings Direct as the Head of Motor Claims Operations, specifically focusing on Accidental Damage. Prior to this, they worked at Ageas UK in various roles including Vehicle Damage Manager, Motor Claims Operations Manager, and Motor FNOL Controller. In these positions, they were responsible for managing teams, overseeing vehicle damage claims, implementing strategies to reduce claims inflation, and improving claims processes. Before joining Ageas UK, Rebecca worked at Groupama Insurances as a Claims Analyst and Commercial Claims Team Leader. In these roles, they were involved in project management, improving claims processes, and leading a team of claims professionals.

Rebecca Winterhalder MSc ACII completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Insurance and Risk Management at Cass Business School from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from the University of Portsmouth, which they completed from 2006 to 2009.
