Steve Bradshaw

Steve Bradshaw is an experienced operational manager with a strong background in supplier management and outsourcing. Currently serving as the Operational Delivery Manager at Hastings Direct since October 2020, Steve oversees the change programme for Home Claims. Previously, Steve held the position of Senior Supplier & Outsourcing Manager at Hastings Direct, managing approximately 1000 outsourced full-time equivalents across the UK and South Africa. Steve has a diverse career with roles including Operations Outsource Manager at Volkswagen Financial Services and Senior Sales and Supplier Manager at Carphone Warehouse. With earlier positions at British Gas Business, Alliance & Leicester, and HM Revenue & Customs, Steve brings a wealth of experience in sales, outsourcing, and operational management.
