Tony Gray

Tony Gray possesses extensive experience in economic development and corporate governance, currently serving as the Executive Project Adviser for the Economic Development Group at Hastings District Council since February 2017 and as Chairman and Director of Tatau Tatau o Te Wairoa Commercial Limited since May 2019. Additional roles include Chairman of the Board at Ngati Pukenga Investments and Director positions at Civic Insurance, Eastland Group Limited, and as a self-employed Independent Company Director. Gray's prior experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at Hastings District Council and Mighty River Power, and General Manager at Te Runanga o Ngai Tahu. Educational qualifications include FCA and AFA degrees in Accounting and Finance from Hastings Boys High School and Wellington Polytechnic, respectively.
