Byron Cline

Byron Cline is a Bulk Materials Engineer at Hatch, with a career beginning in July 2010, focusing on consulting for bulk terminal projects. Previous experience includes roles as a Simulation Engineer at Sandwell Engineering, where simulation models for mining operations were developed, and as a SIGMA Programmer at BC Cancer Research Centre, where Java was utilized to enhance genomic data analysis software. Byron also held positions as a Junior Software Engineer at MacDonald Dettwiler and Associates, developing a database abstraction layer, and as an Automated Test Script Writer at Autoprise Solutions Canada Inc., where product testing and troubleshooting were key responsibilities. Byron holds a BASc degree in Engineering Physics from The University of British Columbia, completed in 2008.
