Matthew Parsons is an accomplished legal and operational professional with extensive experience in investment management, fintech, and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Hatcher+, Matthew oversees the development of innovative software solutions for alternative investments. As a Senior Advisor at EarthGuard, Matthew contributes to climate change initiatives, while also advising CarbonNation on impact investments.
