Eric Ahlers

Eric Ahlers is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in retail and strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at Hatchery Group since April 2024, Ahlers previously held the position of VP Retail and Strategy at Neptune Retail Solutions from 2023 to March 2024. Ahlers' tenure at PepsiCo spanned from 2016 to 2023, where various roles included Director of Sales for Frito Lay Walmart, Pepsi Walmart, and Pepsi Target, as well as National Account Manager for Target. Prior experience includes roles at Speedway LLC as Buyer and Category Manager from 2012 to 2016 and Planning & Allocation at Abercrombie and Fitch in 2011-2012. Ahlers began a career as a Strategic Business Consultant at RR Donnelley from 2010 to 2011. Ahlers earned a BSBA in Logistics and Operations from The Ohio State University in 2010.
