Monica Lopera

Monica Lopera has a diverse work experience in various companies. In 2016, they worked as a Business Executive at L.O. Trading Corp. Monica then joined Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in 2017, first as an HR Business Partner and later as an HR Shared Services Manager until 2022. After that, Monica worked at Securitas Colombia as an HR Shared Services Manager from July 2022 to April 2023. Currently, they hold the role of People Operations Manager at HatchWorks, starting in April 2023.
